How do you do the sketching with black thread and not get puckers? Each one in this series is beautiful but I think my favorite is one.

You are sooooo prolific! What wonderful small keepsakes...lucky group of traders. You've also received some wonderful works of art.

I am enjoying your meandering stitches. You have such control with your free motion embroidery! What type of pen or marker do you use for the words? BTW I love the quote!

Sometimes I do get puckers, but it gets hidden among the other stitches. Thanks, Dove.

DeBee, I use Pigma micron pens. They're acid free, archival, permanent and waterproof. So it works well with my watercolors. Thanks for looking.

Jacq, do you find that your work takes you into places that you would never have gone when you create variations of an art piece?

Did I ever tell you that your Blog photo reminds me of my colored pencil piece titled "Different, but Same?" Everytime I see your photo, I think of "acceptance."
