A house is a structure that is a shelter from the weather.
A house is made from many different materials--wood, steel, glass.
Everyone should have a house, even birds.

A home is a feeling that provides security and safety from the world.
A home is made from many different virtues--love, acceptance, forgiveness.
Everyone should have a home, even the unwanted.

Welcome Home.

are those morning glories around the bird house? I watched a movie last night called Homeless to Harvard. Boy you are so right everyone deserves, especially innocent little children, to have a home to feel secure in.

Hi Fannie, sorry I haven't visited for a few days, been doing longer hours at work, BUT, look what I've missed out on! This atc is gorgeous! I love using the neocolours. I like the way you can sometimes add a highlight and not use water. All you need now is a wee bluebird!
hugs, carole.

What a great piece to showcase your trademark wood grain stitching. Love the morning glories twining around the roof.

Lucky little birdies!

Nice to see you, Stephanie!

Dove, yes, those are morning glories. Thanks for guessing. ;-D And, yes, everyone should have a home.

Diana, nice to see you. Hope you're doing well. Take care.

Hi, Carole--at your suggestion, I posted a blue bird, which happens to be a class project too. ;-D

Thanks for stopping by Cindy, Jacq, and Melissa.

Welcome, Sandra. Glad you stopped by, which gave me a chance to take a peek at your blog--inspiring work there. Happy to make a new friend.

FY, always love your words.

Hey, Cathie, thanks for your comments.
