She is soft and lovely... almost reminds me of Elizabeth Bennett in a way. Thanks for sharing and for the reminder. =)

love the stitching in her blouse and your name in the corner. i can see much has been done to create this beauty. are the blocks all part of the background fabric or added on later?

This is gorgeous, and I love the title you have given it. How true it is - each moment is precious.

Hi, Ami. Creating art quilts for AAQI is one of the highlights of my life as an artist. Thank "you" and your staff for "all" your work. I hope we find a cure in our lifetime.

C, you are loved.

Lisa, what a lovely compliment. Jane Austen is one of my favorite authors.

Dove, the blocks were painted onto the fabric and stitched with black thread. Some of the blocks have a light layer of white opalescent angelina fibers. Thanks for your question.

Hi, Brenda. Yes, each moment is precious . . . just like each of your visits to my blog. Thank you.

what a lovely quilt. she has such a serene look on her face and her dress has a medieval look around the neckline. i really like how you kept all the colors very pale and ethereal. so nice!

and i couldn't agree more with your message.
