From My Perspective

Looking up + turning to the left . . .

Looking up + turning to the right . . .

Looking up + turning 180 degrees . . .

When you stand in one spot and look up and turn around, the view changes.

When you look up, things are hidden when you stand below an obstacle.

Sometimes when you look down,
you can see what's above.
It all depends on where you stand . . .

or where you sit.

what is the view from where you sit?
what is the view from where you stand?

is it sunny?
is it cold?

is life exciting and fun?
is life dull and uninteresting?

who do you want to be?
what do you want to do?

you are free to choose.
you are free to be.

and if you don't like the view,
just a little turn can change what you see.

change seats,
change directions,
remove obstacles.

look up,
look down,
look forward.

you are free to see and be.

Oh this is a stop and think poem. I will use it during my prayer time. It's awesome. I hope that you enjoyed mother's day as well. Thanks for keeping in touch Fannie. You are awesome my friend. Take care.
