Artist Statement:  

"Listen for our song. There you will find our memories, my heart and our love." Music is a universal language that connects hearts, hardened hearts, grieving hearts and even hearts that are broken by the effects of Alzheimer's. The message of this quilt is meant to offer comfort to the family and friends of loved ones stricken with Alzheimer's.

Artist Statement:  

Angel Cat wants to sing her favorite song, but she can't remember the words. She's hoping that someone can help her remember . . .

The Texas members of the Studio Art Quilt Associates created 9" x 12" mini quilts, which were first displayed at the International Quilt Show, Houston TX, November 2010 and went on a traveling tour in 2011. "Angel Cat" was a part of this exhibit. 

Quilt Dedicated to caregivers. You are all "angels."
