AAQI's Last Day at the IQF Houston

How many quilts were sold in the AAQI Booth through yesterday, Saturday, November 3?

 This many!
One pin represents one quilt sold.

This is what GENEROSITY and SUPPORT looks like.

Yesterday morning, the AAQI reported:

We have broken all sales records for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday! So far we have earned $58,000 for the AAQI here at International Quilt Festival in Houston!

Then another report a few hours later:
We just beat LAST YEAR'S TOTAL sales by $1,000 and we still have tomorrow!

How Many Quilts Are Left?

These are the quilts that remain on the walls of the AAQI Booth . . .

and these are the quilts that remain in their two storage bins!

When belief in a cause combines with generous and supportive people, this is what results.  This is what LOVE is.

I'm grateful to be a part of the AAQI and hopeful to find a cure for Alzheimer's.  We need to find a way to preserve memories and families.  Thanks to all who support the AAQI by making, buying and selling priority quilts.

Congratulations on doing so well at market, it is so wonderful. Hopefully I will be able to experiment with art pieces after the holidays and help out.
