The Invisible One -- A Tea Time Tale

The Invisible One, Story Spool

One morning the invisible one had tea,
     alone,
          outside.

A bird flew by, carrying
     a twig,
          alone.

The tall green plants danced with
     the gentle wind.

The sky was
     empty.

The shadows of rooftops peek above
     the brick wall.

Outside the wall, unseen
     cars honk and race
          down the street.

Flowers nod to the
     invisible one.  Bees persuade the
invisible one, but the invisible one,
     remains,
          standing.

The invisible one sang,
     "Is anyone home?"
